This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Just incase any of you are interested I've put some of my past sketches on ebay at a knock down price. There's also an option to have the art coloured up if you win the item.
I'm looking to have something colored by different people. the person who is going to help me said the pose was off and the anotomy needed some help. can you take a look at this picture and see if there is anything wrong. I would like some tips if there is anything wrong. I'm trying to get better. [link]
Hey, JTG nice work here, I can see that you've improved since the last thing i saw of yours. Your anatomy is much better. I would say tho that you're focusing on each part of him as you draw it without seeing the hole picture. for example, his hand and arm are pretty well drawn but the size of his hand and length of the arm dont match the body. Getting limbs in proportion is the main thing to look at first when you do a rough sketch. He also looks a little off balance too (leaning back) so you might wanna watch that. The main thing that stands out tho is the face. the position of the mouth and nose are too low and the expression is not quite right. It may seem like a long way round of doing it but you need to draw the whole face and then draw the mask over it. It might be a good idea to use photo references if that helps. You dont need to draw things out of your head all the time. If you find a pose in a magazine or take a photo yourself to use its a good way of learnig. Your use of spot blacks has also improved but you might wanna watch the hatching as it looks a little scruffy. try to keep inks as neat as possible. Its still a nice pic tho and a big improvement. If you want lots more tips and advice then I'd recommend you post your work on Penciljack.com a really good site if you wanna learn more! hope that helps you out! WH
